Within the vast shore area surrounding the marina, a number of facilities provide various services for customers and guests. In the 4.780 sq.m. of building facilities and in the surrounding area a number of different services are available, such as commercial shops, car, motorbike and boat rental offices, restaurants, bars and cafe, Port police office, refueling station, supermarket, laundry, showers and WC facilities. The surrounding area extending downward the marina from Mikrolimano until Piraiki, is the most commercial, lively and crowded area of Piraeus. Wonderful little harbors with beautiful restaurants, coffee shops and bars, offer entertainment during your free time.
Berthing
The marina has capacity for about 670 yachts, in both permanent and floating pontoons. Distribution of berths is based on the dimensions of the boats.
Moorings are available for stay for up to twenty years, and boats up to 80 meters long and 8 meters draught can be accommodated.
At all berths electricity is available (220V and 380V) as well as fresh and drinking water, while permanent laid moorings guarantee the safety of boats moored here.
Anchoring in the marina area is not permitted, except for short-term in the case of emergency.
On arrival at the Marina, you should complete the check-in formalities, at the Reception Office.
Repairs
The marina does not offer a dry docking area, however we can suggest a full range of technical boat services, mechanical, electrical, electronic, wood-working, sail-repair, refrigeration, upholstery etc. Additionally, divers are available undertaking underwater repairs, hull inspection and other tasks. For further information on any kind of repairs do not hesitate to contact the marina office.
Reception Office
The marina is open all year round on a 24-hour basis. The Reception Office is located at the Administration building, where our friendly and specialized staff will assist you with all arrival formalities, deal with any problems that might arise and provide you with any kind of information you might need.
The opening hours of the Reception Office vary according to the season. You may call the Office or the Duty Officer on VHF channel. 9.
Electricity and Water
Fresh and drinking water and 220V or 380 V electricity is provided at each berth. Should you require cables or plugs, these are available at the chandlery.
Refueling
Refueling can be undertaken by oil trucks.
The observation of safety regulations is essential. For that reason, at the bunkering area:
1. Smoking is prohibited.
2. The use of naked flames and spark-producing devices is prohibited.
3. The use of the pumps is restricted to the authorized personnel.
Weather Reports
Daily weather reports are displayed on the notice board at reception. You may also request weather information from the marina office via VHF.
Postal Services
Post office is located close to the Marina offices. Letters or parcels to yachts should be collected from the Marina Reception Offices.

WI-FI
Wireless internet access is available. Prepaid cards are available in the Reception office.
Telephones
Public telephone booths are sited in several parts of the marina as well as at the Reception Office, where there is also a fax service. Urgent messages are delivered directly to the boat.
Shower and W.C facilities
Toilets and shower facilities are located in the marina. They may be used at any time except during the daily cleaning period, when we would ask for your co-operation. Separate toilet facilities are available for those with special needs.
Laundry and Drying Facilities
Fully equipped -service laundry and drying facilities will be provided on request.
Medical Assistance
Several hospitals are located close to the marina. In need of an emergency call the marina office.
Transport
Car and motorbike rental offices operate close to the marina. The reception staff can call a taxi for you at any time, and can provide information on local bus / metro services. Please observe the 20-km speed limit within the marina.
Parking
The Marina offers parking facilities to boat owners and guests as well. Access cards may be obtained at the reception office.
Waste Disposal
Both large and small waste receptacles are conveniently distributed throughout the marina. There are also special receptacles for the disposal of used oil. Please do not leave rubbish outside these containers, and do not throw rubbish into the sea.
Security
The marina is guarded by a private security company on a 24-hour basis. Both on and off shore there is constant surveillance by security cameras and the personnel of the marina, either from the control tower or by means of regular patrols around the pontoons. Safety ladders and lifebelts are located along all the pontoons.
Port Police
The Port Police office is located near the marina offices.
Banks
Several Banks can be found close to Zea Marina. Banks are open Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 13.30.
Shopping
There are several shops in and close to the Marina, including supermarkets, chandleries, souvenir shops, etc., covering most of your needs.
Entertainment
Restaurants, bars and cafe are located along the quayside and the nearby area.
