The Dutch shipbuilders Amels has revealed images of the latest project to be completed at their facilities in Vlissingen. The 55 metre Amels Limited Editions 180 features designs by Tim Heywood, and dark blue paintwork. She was launched last week, where the 570 tonne vessel was moved from one of the Amels fully climate-controlled halls onto a floating pontoon and then to a floating drydock.
The launch comes exactly on schedule. Amels commented on the event on their Facebook page, stating, “The successful launch proves once again how smoothly the Amels Limited Editions concept works – higher quality, lower technical risk and faster delivery! Proud owners and Amels team; great team work!”
