Argo Finanziaria, part of the Gavio Group, has signed a Letter of Intent with Ferretti SpA regarding the takeover of Bertram Yachts.

Bertram is going to enhance the Group’s brand portfolio increasing the types of yachts built, further boosting the ability to successfully operate on the fast-growing US market.

The acquisition is expected to be finalised by 31 March 2015, and follows the takeover by the Gavio Group of Cantieri Cerri, in September 2011, and Baglietto, in February 2012.
