The philosophy of ICON Yachts is to produce yachts from 60 to 150 meters, to the best Northern European standards. ICON Yachts uses her proven platform technology when suitable. For other projects we fully follow the clients specifications, onto which each buyer can realise his own specific ideas for exterior styling and luxury interior living spaces. The critical operational areas and systems are completely thought out and all necessary provisions are incorporated into the ship’s structure.

Inspired by the original vision of Wim Koersvelt, who in 2010 encouraged the younger team at ICON to step into the foreground; the yard continues to inspire the industry and design world with new tricks in the conceptual design and streamlined production methods.

During a hectic start up period the two founding directors Wim Koersvelt and Jen Wartena forged a highly effective organization and with the changes in 2010 Jen Wartena remained firmly at the helm and with the existing management team created the ICON of today.
